​Our Foundation was established by a few enthusiasts of sailing and ​employees of crewing agencies.  ​

​We think that our combined efforts will bring good results and it will also answer the question which way of life ​
​​is the best ?​
 

Our service is totally free for those looking for a job and also for companies looking  for people. ​

We hope that in this way more prospective employers will decide to employ the job seekers.

Our offer is addressed mainly to seafarers, but we’ll gladly help everybody who is asking for it.​
 

Because not only work is needed for a human being, we would like to propose a free use of all boats owned  ​

by our Foundation, especially the new sailing boat AVA suitable for sailing, motor boating and rowing. ​

 

Our boats will be stationed in Wdzydze Kiszewskie near Koscierzyna and the testing will be possible

for everybody interested in them on appointment with the representative of the Foundation.

After a few boats are built, we’re going to organize regular racing free of charge for all participants.
